rental income, and controlling costs. He carefully recruits
and trains team members for maximum productivity. Bryan

Career Highlights
Bryan
founded Barwick & Associates in 1995 to specialize in
real estate development, and investment acquisitions. Bryan
moved from the Investment Banking industry to the Commercial
Real Estate industry when he joined Koger Properties in
1988, where he moved from the position of Operations Center
Manager to General Manager during his 5-year tenure. In
1993, Bryan joined Wachovia as a Real Estate Fund Manager.
In this position, he enhanced the value and performance
of a commercial real estate portfolio for institutional
investors. Immediately prior to establishing Barwick &
Associates, Bryan was AVP of Commercial Lending and Banking
for Laureate Realty Services. Bryan arranged commercial
financing for a variety of new and existing commercial real
estate projects, including multi-family properties, office
buildings, retail complexes and industrial developments.
